Acting coach Claire Chitham brings her expertise to Queenstown for a rare three-day collaboration with Amalia Studio, helping young actors understand how to approach acting for screen in a professional setting.
With thousands of hours on set and years coaching young talent on local and international productions, Claire, who started out as a young actor herself, knows exactly what it takes. Your child will learn how professional actors prepare, rehearse, audition and perform for camera. They'll have tons of fun doing it, and leave with the proof.
See more →Together you'll learn and perform scenes, practise the rehearsal techniques the professionals use, and shoot your own audition scene to take home for your showreel. Class numbers are kept small to allow bespoke one-on-one time with every young actor.
